More than 30 Brandenburg members of the M.I.C.E. Network, comprising the best hotels, special locations and service providers in the M.I.C.E. sector, also boast the title of Brandenburg Convention Office (BCO) Premium Partners. These partners work closely together to the highest professional standards, ensuring that all your wishes and requirements are taken into account when planning and holding events – in a quick and straightforward manner. Brandenburg Convention Office Premium Partners are committed to the quality management goals of “ServiceQualität Deutschland”, thereby guaranteeing maximum attention to quality as well as excellent coordination of all services. In the brochure, M.I.C.E. network partners are labelled as “BCO Premium Partner”.

M.I.C.E. network’s partner enterprises are dedicated to the quality initiative “ServiceQualität Deutschland”. In addition to other joint endeavours, these establishments have pledged to adhere to a set of binding quality standards vis-à-vis customers. Establishments certifi ed in line with “ServiceQualität Deutschland” standards have introduced quality management systems. Implementing more effi cient work fl ows and ensuring constant employee participation are just a few examples of their commitment to quality. The establishments involved in the quality management initiative “ServiceQualität Deutschland” have been certified according to three levels:

QLevel l: the establishment has implemented service quality standards based on self-assessment.

QLevel ll: awarded after an external quality inspection and evaluation, taking account of management standards.

QLevel lll: the establishment has implemented a quality management system recognized at national and international levels.
