• Please note that when booking a conference for several persons you will be billed the total account.
• Please keep in mind that the contract of booked services takes effect between the participating party and the conference's organiser or the tourist service provider (e.g. hotel) directly. The Potsdam Tourismus Service only provides for the arrangement of booked services and is therefore not responsible for the provider's proper performance of said services except for the agreed-upon arrangement with the conference's organiser or service provider of tourist services. The Potsdam Tourismus Service can neither be claimed to be the organiser of the conference nor the provider of arranged services and offers.
• The "General Terms and Conditions of the Potsdam Tourismus Service (PTS) for the Registration of Conference and Seminar guests" apply to the arrangement of services by the Potsdam Tourismus Service. Additionally, the specified organiser's general terms and conditions concerning individual services apply.
• Please note that for the sake of clarity, the total of costs of your selected items stemming from individual service providers will be added to a "total amount of individual services". The creation of a sum of individual services, which are going to be arranged separately, is merely done for the reason of clarity. The Potsdam Tourismus Service does not offer individual services in aggregate. By clicking the button "Book offer now" you are placing a binding order with the Potsdam Tourismus Service to exclusively arrange selected individual services with the respective service providers.
